The Report Printer enables you to print critical information including the Current Flow Conditions, Leak Test Results, Alarm Conditions and a complete Alarm Log of the last 256 alarm conditions.
The printer is conveniently mounted into the isolator base panel and is operated from the Isolator Control System.
The printer uses thermal printing technology which means that you do not need to load ink, toner or cartridges. It accepts industry standard 57mm paper width.
The following reports can be printed:-
To avoid the presence of paper in the clean room the Remote Report Printer option is available as a portable printer connected by Bluetooth to the isolator.

Closed Circuit TV cameras can be used for training and quality control in isolators.
Amercare A2 isolators can have provision for integrating a CCTV camera into central Process Section.
Specification of the cameras need to be discussed before placing an order to ensure that they are suitable for the purpose required and that they function correctly with any exisiting systems
Typically a PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) camera is fitted and communicates to a PC / Recording Solution via a PoE connection.
The Amercare Benchtop Viewing Barrier provides additional radiation protection to the operator when handling radioactive material.
The angled front face of the barrier is fitted with a lead glass panel; this offers protection to the user without obscuring their view.
The viewing barrier is made with a satin bead blast stainless steel outer skin with a polished stainless steel inner skin. The viewing barrier is fitted with plastic feet that provides a stable platform.
Both the base and angled front face incorporate 13mm of lead shielding. The lead glass panel is made from 13mm thick RW46 Lead Glass.

Amercare isolators can be supplied with a remote extract fan. The fans are made from an all polypropylene moulded construction and are designed to be resistant to a wide range of corrosive fumes and liquids.
As standard the fans comes supplied mounted onto a plastic weather pedestal for installations on roof tops. They also come fitted with an electrical isolator, anti-vibration mounts and a drain for the pedestal. The Positive Pressure Fan is also available mounted to a metal bracket as shown opposite.
The motor powering the extract fans are a direct drive single phase model with an IP54 / IP55 rating.
Options:
This option is available on all Amercare isolators and allows for connection of the isolator’s main processing chamber to a particle counter to continuously monitor in use particle levels.
The system consists of an isokinetic sampling head, a fixed support (that can be made removeable if required) and an automated shut off valve to enable leak testing of the isolator.
The particle counter is mounted within the baseframe, below the Isokinetic Sampling Head to minimise the length of tubing.
The particle counter can be accessed via a separate access plate on the front of the baseframe.
The CPM system is compatible with many different manufacturers 1cfm particle counting systems.
All Amercare isolators can be fitted with an optional Bypass Valve.
This valve is designed so that when isolator leak tests are carried out the air that normally passes through the isolator and into the extract duct during normal operation passes straight into the extract duct. This means that the room pressures are not affected during the leak test due to the change in air extract volume.
Changes in room pressures can have a major effect on leak test results.
All Amercare Radiopharmacy Isolators have the option to be fitted with a Calibrator Autodipper.
When fitted the Autodipper assembly moves a bobbin that carriers either a vial or syringe containing the sample that that requires its activity measuring via the Ionization Chamber. Automating this process with help reduce hand dose to the operator(s).
The movement of the bobbin is controlled by a foot operated switch meaning that there is no need to remove your hands for the gloves to operate the autodipper. The system is designed so that through the use of different inserts a wide range of either vials or syringes can be safely located in the bobbin.
The Calibrator Autodipper can be retrofitted to existing Radiopharmacy Isolators.
Amercare RadioPharmacy isolators are available with the option of fitting Premac® (Lead Acrylic) Glove Port panels in place of the stand acrylic items.
The Premac panels are available in a 46mm thicknesses. Premac® lead acrylic is a lead loaded acrylic copolymer resin with particular shielding properties. The material is transparent with a very light brown tint, exhibiting virtually all the normal chemical and physical properties of conventional acrylic.
Amercare Heater Chiller Well is a 300mm x 200mm x 200mm well chamber integrated into the base of the isolator. Temperature control is by means of solid state Peltier type thermo electric devices which allow the Well temperature to be set anywhere in the range -5°C to +40°C.
The Well and the Well lid are fully insulated to maintain an even temperature with minimal heat loss and to minimise condensation during chilling operations. The Well lid is stainless steel and is fully flush with the isolator floor. The lid is removed using a magnetic handle. The handle can be easily removed such that the isolator floor can be used for normal operations even over the Well position.
Items can be placed directly into the well, or Amercare can supply custom designed and made blocks for customers tube/vessel requirements.
The Amercare Glove Leak Tester has been designed so that operators can quickly and easily check that there are no leaks in the fitted gauntlets / sleeve-gloves.
This enables the operator to ensure that the isolator’s process chamber integrity is not being compromised by leaks in the fitted gauntlets / sleeves.
The Glove Leak Tester comes in a range of sizes – 150mm (6”), 200mm (8”), 250mm (10”) and 300mm (12”).
All Amercare isolators can be fitted with a hanging rail.
This all Stainless Steel items comes as standard with 6 hooks to enable the operator to hang up bags or other items quickly and conveniently.
