All our sleeves and gauntlets give a high level of control and comfort to give you the best manipulation of your product. All the materials are to the highest quality and made to our exacting standards.
Latex Gauntlets
Latex gauntlets are the standard option. The properties of latex mean that there is a good tight seal onto the glove port which is easy to install and change. Amercare offer a range of hand sizes for either 6” (150mm) or 8” (200mm) glove ports. These are also our lowest priced options. There is however a danger of degradation of the material from some cleaning agents. Overall the life expectancy is good and is approximately 3 months.

Vinyl Sleeves
Vinyl sleeves are available in sizes to fit either the Amercare Oval (Standard) or Easy Change cuff rings. Amercare offer a range of these sleeves to fit 6” (150mm), 8” (200mm), 10” (250mm) or 12” (300mm) glove ports.
The sleeves are made in a two part construction which has a fabric inner liner. This helps prevent the sleeve clinging to the operators arm during use. There is only a small amount of stretch due to the material which can make it difficult to install or change but does mean the sleeve forms a good seal to both the glove port and cuff ring.
The life expectancy is very good, usually up to six months, but limited by wear. They have a very good resistance to attack from IMS and sanitising agents.
Hypalon (CSM) Sleeves
Hypalon (CSM) sleeves are available in sizes to fit either the Amercare Oval (Standard) or Easy Change cuff rings. Amercare offer a range of these sleeves to fit 6” (150mm), 8” (200mm) or 10” (250mm) glove ports.
The properties of Hypalon (CSM) mean that there is a good tight seal onto both the glove port and whichever cuff ring system is used and is easy to install and change. The life expectancy is very good, usually up to six months, but limited by wear. They have a very good resistance to attack from IMS and sanitising agents.
Neoprene Gauntlets
Neoprene gauntlets are strong and hard wearing but due to them being thicker than Latex gauntlets may restrict operators in delicate applications. The material allows for a good tight seal onto the glove port which is easy to install and change.
Amercare offer a range of hand sizes for either 6” (150mm) or 8” (200mm) glove ports. The gauntlet is very resistant to both chemical and physical wear, as such offer a very long life expectancy, usually up to six months.
ELS Neoprene Gloves
Neoprene ELS Gloves are strong and hard wearing. The material allows for a good tight seal onto the either the Amercare Easy Change Cuff System or our Oval Cuffs. The glove is very resistant to both chemical and physical wear.
